Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear KPIs and auditing tools and workflows
- Scale the Account Management function by hiring and onboarding additional team members
- Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and creating a roadmap for the Account Management function
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience managing Account Management or Customer Success teams for SMB clients
- Experience in scaling an Account Management function with a focus on process and metrics
- Ability to hire, onboard, and retain high-performing team members in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and call-recording analytics
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
