Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Support Rep to serve as a primary point of contact for sales support and customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide order processing and manage account operations for assigned accounts
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service flow
- Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal registration for new products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field
- 6+ years of related experience in sales operations, business analysis, or program/project management
- Experience interfacing with senior level executives, customers, and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
