Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Account Manager - East.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale technical relationship with customers and provide strategic guidance
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identify and manage customer risks, train customers on product usage, and gather feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience in cybersecurity software or technology
- Hands-on experience with technologies in Endpoint Security, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, and SaaS Security
- Strong understanding of internet protocols, data formats, and networking components
- Familiarity with common Security and Compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and PCI DSS
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach and strong ownership of results
