Director of Client Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Group Engagement Lead (Fixed Term Contract 12 Months- UK Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Lead client meetings, platform demos, and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client engagement goals are met

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Client Success, SaaS, or agency services
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management tools
• Experience in the medical communications or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
