Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of premier publishers
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upsells and feature adoption
- Oversee the full publisher lifecycle post-sale, from onboarding and implementation to performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Publisher Development, or a related role in digital media or advertising technology
- Proven ability to support publisher requests while identifying growth opportunities
- Deep understanding of the publisher landscape, online video platforms, and advertising technology
- Experience meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is preferred
