Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and anticipate their evolving needs
- Prepare strategic recommendations and facilitate discussions to align client objectives with program execution
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure program quality and scope are met
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of client relationship management and strategic leadership experience
- Four-year college degree or higher; MBA preferred
- Previous experience with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy for value-based client discussions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for strategic analysis and client presentations
