A company is looking for a B2B Account Support Specialist (Indirect).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the customer order experience from start to finish, including order entry and product suggestions
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with supply chain and distribution teams
- Resolve client issues and maintain accurate customer records in CRM or ERP systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management or B2B Customer Service preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to solve problems independently using existing procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
