Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the entire acquisition funnel from outreach to closed deals
- Lead and develop the SDR and AE teams, focusing on coaching and performance management
- Partner with Marketing and Growth Sales to align strategies and optimize sales processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in sales leadership roles
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding net new sales goals
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Skilled in pipeline management and sales automation tools
- Experience selling to MSPs is a strong plus
