Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Advertising to lead and accelerate its advertising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the advertising monetization roadmap in collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering
- Identify and develop native ad formats that enhance user experience and drive value
- Lead the creation of advertising pitch materials and sales narratives while coordinating with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, monetization, or adtech
- Proven track record of delivering advertising growth in consumer-facing platforms
- Experience working across matrixed organizations and managing joint accountability
- Familiarity with the advertising needs of non-endemic brands is preferred
- Experience in youth/family/sports content or community platforms is preferred
