Director of Aftermarket Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Aftermarket Services to oversee and enhance service teams supporting vehicle upfit customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple service teams, including Mobile Field Service, Parts Sales, Warranty Support, and Holman Transport
• Drive operational efficiency, consistency, and alignment towards a shared vision of excellence and growth
• Develop functional strategies, objectives, and budgets to support departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Automotive experience is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics preferred
