Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to 2-3 senior leaders, including calendar management and meeting preparation
- Organize team events and maintain ongoing reports, databases, and shared resources
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth meeting cadence and communication
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support roles, preferably with senior leaders
- Proficiency in managing calendars and organizing meetings and events
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams and departments
- Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with database management and presentation tools
