Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Optimization Manager to enhance operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the process optimization function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and recommendations for process enhancements
  • Analyze KPIs and produce data-driven insights to drive operational improvements and report findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in process optimization or quality management
  • Experience in project management with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of quote to cash and procure to pay processes
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Operations preferred
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 are a plus
