Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Optimization Manager to enhance operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the process optimization function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and recommendations for process enhancements
- Analyze KPIs and produce data-driven insights to drive operational improvements and report findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in process optimization or quality management
- Experience in project management with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of quote to cash and procure to pay processes
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Operations preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 are a plus
