Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ applied scientists and research engineers in developing AI-powered products for Corporate Tax & Trade
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement AI strategies and deliver machine learning systems into production
• Advance research and shape the vision of AI applications in complex regulatory environments

Required Qualifications

• PhD or MS with equivalent experience in ML, NLP, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience applying AI/ML in real-world settings
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing applied science teams
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG/agentic frameworks, and production ML on AWS
• Proven success in shipping AI-powered products in enterprise environments
