Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI & Robotics team to drive business value and execute the overall AI strategy
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive environment
• Deliver complex automation, machine learning, and AI products, ensuring quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum of 8+ years in technical management
• Expert knowledge of automation, machine learning, and AI product development methodologies
• Experience in leading multiple teams in developing complex AI solutions
• CAIP, Certified RPA developer, or certified machine learning engineer preferred
