Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems, Technology to lead the technical delivery and integration of core business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the architecture of core business systems, ensuring modularity and data integrity
• Manage technical design and implementation of cross-platform integrations and oversee system uptime and performance
• Lead and mentor technical team members while fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/business systems, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a SaaS or tech environment
• Deep experience with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday
• Expert-level understanding of system integration patterns and data flow orchestration
• Experience designing secure, scalable systems in a cloud-first environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business processes and background in M&A integrations
