Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the account change management strategy and align initiatives with transformation goals
- Translate business strategy into actionable change initiatives and analyze change impact
- Oversee internal communications strategy and develop narratives that clarify change and promote transparency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in change management or strategic communications within large-scale organizations
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and service lines
- Training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) preferred
- Proven success influencing stakeholders and leading decentralized teams in matrixed environments
