Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the CRM strategy, leading lifecycle planning and establishing KPIs
- Manage the CRM calendar and design personalized campaigns across various channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM with editorial priorities and evaluate campaign impact
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing
- 3+ years of leadership experience with a player-coach mindset
- Deep expertise in campaign orchestration using ESPs, CDPs, and CRM platforms, particularly Iterable
- Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence across teams
- Demonstrated passion for pop culture, gaming, entertainment, and online communities
