Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of CX to lead and define the user experience strategy for web-based products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overall CX vision and strategy for web presence, aligning it with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of CX designers and researchers throughout the design lifecycle
- Oversee user research activities to gain insights into user needs and behaviors related to AI data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in CX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful web design solutions for complex technical products
- Deep understanding of web technologies and user research methodologies
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
