Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding IT and Business Application inquiries
- Investigate and document application defects, coordinating with colleagues and R&D as needed
- Handle customer escalations and provide updates on issue resolution progress
Required Qualifications
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
- Previous experience in a Customer Support environment is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server performance tools
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries and knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive work to prevent customer escalations
