Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding IT and Business Application inquiries
  • Investigate and document application defects, coordinating with colleagues and R&D as needed
  • Handle customer escalations and provide updates on issue resolution progress
Required Qualifications
  • Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support environment is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server performance tools
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries and knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive work to prevent customer escalations
