Key Responsibilities

- Personalize customer interactions and offer additional products during calls
- Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in an approved county in Kentucky
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
- Experience navigating multiple systems while assisting customers
- Must have a self-provided computer with Windows 10 or newer and a compatible headset
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required
