A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a geographically distributed team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to foster high performance and collaboration
- Oversee customer renewals and upsell opportunities, ensuring high retention rates and maximizing customer spend on the platform
- Drive business impact through customer engagement initiatives, operational excellence, and collaboration with customers to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in direct people management with a proven track record in team development
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS customers and maintaining executive-level relationships
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS commercial aspects, particularly in renewals
- Proficiency in forecasting renewals and managing expansion opportunities
- Background in the AEC or Home Building industry is a plus
