Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a diverse team of Customer Success Managers to deliver long-term value based on customer goals
- Monitor customer health and coordinate resources to ensure engagement and retention within the account portfolio
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional work experience
- 6+ years of customer success or account management experience preferred
- 2+ years of people management experience strongly recommended
- Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business and high-value strategic accounts
- 3+ years of experience working with providers or health systems
