Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with HR or learning software buyers
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving pipeline growth
- Strong interest in AI marketing tools and predictive analytics
- Technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing teams
