Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead their engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers
• Partner with the CTO to define technical roadmaps and evolve engineering delivery processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vision into executable engineering plans

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience scaling engineering teams in a SaaS, product-led environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in agile environments
• Strong systems thinking and architectural knowledge
• Experience in AI/ML is a plus
