Senior Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer, Operations and Performance - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate system performance data to identify trends and potential issues
• Conduct operational assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
• Implement and coordinate necessary controls to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering, power system analysis, or asset management in the electric utility industry
• Knowledge of NERC reliability standards and experience with ISOs preferred
• Experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of power system assets
• Relevant experience in programming and data management, including SQL and Power BI
