Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance developer productivity and streamline workflows
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering principles and guide Systems Engineering best practices
• Establish engineering performance metrics and oversee the development of CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, with 2-3 years at the director level
• Proven experience in engineering productivity and tooling transformation
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps/SRE practices
• Experience in building technical governance and engineering maturity frameworks
• Strong strategic mindset with tactical execution skills in dynamic environments
