Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and iterate engineering and product KPIs and metrics, collaborating with product managers and leaders
• Lead product and engineering OKR development and execution oversight, providing updates to stakeholders
• Streamline decision making and information sharing within product and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a strategic role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Proven ability to navigate teams through risk and uncertainty
• Demonstrated success in driving change management with desired outcomes
