A company is looking for a Director of Expansion Sales to drive growth within its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for all expansion sales across the installed customer base
- Partner with Customer Success and Pre-Sales teams to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Implement a metrics-driven culture with clear targets around expansion pipeline and revenue
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years managing expansion or enterprise sales teams
- Strong track record of driving growth in existing accounts in complex environments
- Operationally excellent with a focus on data-driven performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building functions and teams
- Customer-first orientation with a focus on delivering value
