A company is looking for a Director of FinTech Sales & GTM to lead the go-to-market strategy for their fintech product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution for all fintech products

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth sales environment
  • Experience in building and scaling go-to-market strategies for multi-product offerings
  • Strong leadership background with experience in recruiting and coaching sales teams
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Excel/Google Sheets
