Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth sales environment
- Experience in building and scaling go-to-market strategies for multi-product offerings
- Strong leadership background with experience in recruiting and coaching sales teams
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Excel/Google Sheets
