Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth and support clients through new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and engage prospective clients from a targeted list of top architectural firms
- Make 60-80 calls per day and conduct outreach via email and social channels to generate interest and set product demos
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or SDR/BDR role; new college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proactive and motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot for outreach and pipeline management
- Adaptability and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced environment
