1031 Exchange Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to assist clients with the 1031 exchange process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote exchange services and provide clients with 1031 exchange knowledge to ensure customer success
• Structure and assemble client 1031 exchanges for processing by an Exchange Team
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system while following established procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related 1031 exchange experience
• Working knowledge of business practices and key business drivers
• Ability to analyze moderately complex to complex 1031 exchange problems
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining client records
