Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Solana developer teams and ecosystem players
• Lead initiatives with partners to validate product hypotheses and identify use cases

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and developer community
• Hands-on experience with Solana developer teams
• Previous business development or partnerships experience in Web3/blockchain
• Ability to engage technical stakeholders and translate feedback into product insights
• Experience leading discovery and feedback processes with partners
