Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in Retail for a remote position in Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and manage financial structures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
• Analyze loan applications and oversee branch expenditures in line with company policies

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, including compliance and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales staff to meet production goals
