Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and empower sales and partner networks with the company's value propositions and solutions
• Manage enablement projects and develop organizational knowledge frameworks for efficient information access
• Design and deliver training programs to improve sales competencies and support onboarding initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enablement or a Revenue Generating/Customer facing role
• Proficiency with instructional design tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Familiarity with e-learning standards and accessibility requirements
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills are a plus
