A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Retail Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives to achieve sales and performance goals
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of team members through coaching and performance management
- Drive operational excellence and strategic planning to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
- Experience in building and scaling sales in emerging markets or new product categories
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on fostering an inclusive team-oriented culture
- Background in the retail or point-of-sale (POS) industry is a plus
