Key Responsibilities
- Manage a hybrid sales motion, balancing transactional deals with compliance-involved opportunities
- Engage and educate stakeholders on healthcare solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the SMB sales playbook and track pipeline metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in group insurance, payroll services, or ICHRA solutions
- Ability to adjust communication style based on audience, from HR leaders to CFOs
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and navigating compliance-heavy conversations
- Experience in a startup environment and building processes from the ground up is preferred
- Background in benefits, HR tech, or compliance-related sales is a bonus
