Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and governs commercial process strategies to enhance scalability and operational efficiency
- Leads the development of core processes supporting pipeline generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement
- Utilizes data insights to inform process enhancements and drives a culture of operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Process Optimization
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling sales-related processes for high-growth strategies
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or CBPP/BPM Certification preferred
