Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone to facilitate sign-up and onboarding
- Assess the needs of potential customers and guide them towards successful platform usage
- Build relationships with customers and collaborate with the customer service manager to ensure quality service
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
- Shift availability from 11am - 8pm EST
