A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to lead and optimize sales enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales onboarding and training programs focused on networking technologies
- Deliver training sessions and coach sales representatives on methodologies and technical selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with sales strategies and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC
- Familiarity with Salesforce and learning management systems
