Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads
- Qualify leads and design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets
- Meet or exceed sales targets while fostering strong relationships with customers and travel advisors
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center environment, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Hospitality or Travel are a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
