- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven success in building and scaling RevOps infrastructure
- Strong command of sales technology systems and analytics tools
- Experience in developing strategic initiatives such as compensation planning and territory design
- Ability to create reporting frameworks and dashboards for metrics and analysis
