Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to build, scale, and manage enablement initiatives within their sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a 30-60-90 onboarding program for sales team members
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, call scripts, and training materials
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or training, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Experience in building onboarding and training programs from the ground up
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
- Experience supporting a field-based sales organization is a plus
