Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of equipment orders and manage order workflow from receipt to invoicing
- Onboard, train, and mentor new hires while ensuring clear expectations and accountability within the team
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; college or business school preferred
- 2+ years as a sales coordinator in the material handling industry
- 7+ years of relevant office/clerical experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- Ability to use various information technologies, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Qualified DMV record and ability to pass background check and drug screen
