Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator II to manage equipment workflow and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of equipment orders and manage order workflow from receipt to invoicing
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new hires while ensuring clear expectations and accountability within the team
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma; college or business school preferred
  • 2+ years as a sales coordinator in the material handling industry
  • 7+ years of relevant office/clerical experience, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Ability to use various information technologies, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Qualified DMV record and ability to pass background check and drug screen
