Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-tiered partnership strategy aligned with product roadmap and buyer personas
- Source, evaluate, structure, and close high-impact partnerships focusing on long-term value creation
- Own the full partner lifecycle, ensuring partners are equipped for mutual success through onboarding and education
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in strategic partnerships or business development
- Track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, including integrations and referral programs
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience in negotiating complex partnership agreements
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, collaborating with various teams to align partner strategy
- Team leadership experience, with the ability to hire and scale a high-performing partnerships function
