Agents will leverage their established networks to attract venture capitalists, private equity firms, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices with an appetite for international and emerging market opportunities.

Agents will receive a 2.5-3.0% commission on funds successfully raised and will report directly to the lead for Fio Capital in the United States, Matthew McLean, who will direct the effort. Agents will receive company materials and training.

· Build and nurture relationships with new and existing investors to maximize fundraising outcomes.

· Present and explain Fio Capital’s corporate bond offering, investment strategy, and impact in Africa to prospective investors.

· Coordinate and lead investor meetings, presentations, and roadshows, both virtually and in-person as needed.

· Collaborate with the Fio Capital team to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with relevant regulations.

· Track outreach activities, investor feedback, and progress toward fundraising targets.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate investment opportunities.

· Proven ability to work independently, meet fundraising targets, and manage multiple investor relationships simultaneously.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not as important as ability to raise capital.

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and client service orientation.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position awarding 2.5-3.0% of the value of all funds raised – which provides significant earning potential tied directly to successful fundraising outcomes.
