Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the sales operations infrastructure supporting mass retailer partnerships
• Lead sales reporting, performance dashboards, and presentations ensuring clarity and actionability
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in sales operations or account management, preferably in CPG or beauty
• Experience working directly with mass retailers (Target, Walmart, Ulta, Amazon)
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
