Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Pakistan for recruitment services
• Drive the complete client onboarding lifecycle from initial outreach to signed agreement
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to align client expectations with deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in a recruitment agency
• Proven success in hunting and onboarding clients from the US, UK, EU, and local Pakistani market
• Familiarity with various client hunting approaches and effective lead generation
• Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of onboarding KPIs
