Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Pakistan for recruitment services
- Drive the complete client onboarding lifecycle from initial outreach to signed agreement
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to align client expectations with deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience in a recruitment agency
- Proven success in hunting and onboarding clients from the US, UK, EU, and local Pakistani market
- Familiarity with various client hunting approaches and effective lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of onboarding KPIs
