A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead and grow their US Sales Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a team of SDRs, managing performance, recruitment, and training
- Execute strategies to ensure success for open source users and pipeline generation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Recruiting
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of first-line management or experience in sales, sales development, operations, or enablement
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed targets in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote setting
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
- Experience with Salesforce, prospecting tools, and value-based selling methodologies
