Key Responsibilities
- Build agent and broker relationships and identify partnership opportunities
- Manage broker relationships and serve as a key contact
- Create and execute a marketing plan to increase new and renewal business
Required Qualifications
- Experience in brokerage or insurance sales in the HR or benefits space
- Well-established relationships with benefits brokers
- Experience in building sales teams
- Self-starter with motivation to achieve
- Strong organizational skills
