A company is looking for an RFP Team Manager to lead a team of RFP specialists and enhance the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee capacity planning, productivity metrics, and training for team members while developing a strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with internal partners to create compelling content and analyze questionnaires to inform business strategy
- Manage the RFP process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality, while providing feedback and solutions to the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is recommended
- 7+ years of experience with ancillary and voluntary products
- Previous leadership experience and ability to build cross-matrix relationships
- Expertise in group employee benefits and voluntary products, including various insurance policies
- Advanced experience with Qvidian and Salesforce
